Customers arriving to, transiting through, or departing from Hamad International Airport can now look forward to a smooth and stress-free experience with the assistance of Meet and Assist Services

Description of Services
Gold Service Arrivals
Customer(s) is/are requested to report directly to the Al Maha Arrival Processing Lounge and required to identify themselves to the Al Maha Service Hostess holding a common Al Maha name board. Failing this, they are required to report to the Al Maha hostess/lounge when they reach the Arrival Hall before the Immigration Counters. Please note – due to the large volume of passengers going through this area, the passenger requiring Al Maha services is required to come over to the Al Maha Lounge. Al Maha Services will not be able to identify the passenger and are not responsible if the passenger goes straight through the immigration counter. No refunds will be made in this case.
Platinum Service Arrivals
Customer(s) must identify themselves to the Al Maha Service Hostess who will meet you or your guest near the end of aerobridge/corridor with a personalized name-board. Alternatively, if the airline will park in remote bays, the guest will be met at the bottom of the stairs of the aircraft. Then escorted to the Al Maha processing lounge. Assistance with immigration formalities, porter services at the baggage reclaim area and finally escorted until the exit area.
Please note – passenger is required to identify themselves. If a passenger fails to identify themselves, it will not be possible to track them down after leaving this area. No refunds will be made if the passenger is not able to make themselves known to the hostess waiting for them.
Platinum Service Departure
Meet you and your guest at Departure Al Maha Counter (on departures level), porter assistance with luggage, dedicated check-in counter, fast track immigration formalities at Al Maha Departure Processing Lounge, access to Al Maha Transit Lounge (up to 4 hrs), priority boarding and escorted to the aircraft.
Platinum Transit
Meet you or your guest at the aircraft by dedicated Al Maha Services Hostess holding a personalized name-board, assistance with transit formalities, customs clearance, access to Al Maha Transit Lounge (up to 4 hrs), priority boarding and escorted to the aircraft.
Please note – passenger is required to identify themselves. If a passenger fails to identify themselves, it will not be possible to track them down after leaving this area. No refunds will be made if the passenger is not able to make themselves known to the hostess waiting for them. If the transit time is longer than 4 hours (not due to Qatar Airways flight delays), additional QAR 200 will be applicable for blocks of 4 hours each. If non-Qatar Airways flights delay, there will also be an additional fee of QAR 200 for every 4 hours thereafter.
Gold Transit
Meet you or your guest at the aircraft by dedicated Al Maha Services Hostess, assistance with transit formalities, customs clearance, priority boarding and escorted to boarding gate.
Lounge Services
Offers a quiet and comfortable place for passengers, light meals, beverages, washrooms and shower facilities, smoking room, free Wi-Fi and a Business Centre. Each visit is only for duration of 4hrs and additional fees of USD 65 will be applicable for every additional block of 4hrs.
